I'm Brittany Taylor-Williams. For seventeen years, I've been building what healthcare often forgets: care rooted in trust, connection, and the realities of people's lives.
Most people think healthcare begins with an appointment. I've spent my career building support for everything that happens before, during, after, and in between.
Wellness by Design is the connective tissue across a living, evolving ecosystem of care. It is the throughline that links the organizations I build and lead, grounded in systems thinking and a refusal to accept that broken systems are permanent ones.
My work spans health systems, community wellness, and women's health technology, with a footprint that reaches nationwide and deep roots in rural communities. I do not design care for people; I design it with them, then build the structures that help health innovations take root and sustain.
Care designed around the person, not the institution. The patient sets the terms, and the system is built to meet them.
Solutions grown with the people closest to the need, never imposed on them. Proximity is the design requirement and the person leads the process, not a courtesy.
Treating the whole system, the incentives, the handoffs, the gaps, and the data that tells us where care is working and where it's failing, instead of focusing only on the symptom in front of you.
Building with the people who will use it, testing against real life, and designing for dignity at every step.
A connection-centered anchor health organization based in Delaware, building health infrastructure that starts with the people closest to the need and grows outward from there.
